Russia is moving towards all the important places in Ukraine
Russia said on Friday that its troops were advancing on all key locations in Ukraine. But observers say little progress is being made.

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said on Friday, 'Our troops are working efficiently and systematically. are occupying more advantageous positions and have control over the territory on all sides.'
In a briefing with top Russian military officials, Shoigu said his men were "effectively and decisively" attacking Ukraine's armed forces and inflicting damage. Their fighting power has decreased significantly.
Russian forces have taken control of Khromov, a small village on the outskirts of Bakhmut in Ukraine's eastern Donetsk region, the Russian Defense Ministry announced on Wednesday. However, other areas could not be occupied.
Its forces are advancing despite Moscow's insistence. President Vladimir Putin issued a decree on Friday saying troop numbers would be increased by 15 percent.
